Senior Technical Content Writer - Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing technical content for the IT industry, with a focus on software and new IT technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical content that is engaging, informative, and accurate. The candidate
will have a proven track record of delivering content on time and meeting strict deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for technology and writing.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality technical content for a range of audiences, from software developers to business executives, or CXOs
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise content
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & SEO Manager to establish and maintain an effective content calendar that supports the delivery of high-quality, viable, and relevant content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is optimized for search engines and social media channels
  • Manage a team of content writers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of content
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with business objectives
  • Use analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure content is innovative and engaging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a technical content writer
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are needed to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Experience working for an IT company
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with content management systems, drip campaigns, and analytics tools
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • An individual who has worked on or has knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented/Virtual Reality (AVR), Chatbots, and other technologies that facilitate digital transformation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, web pages, and deadlines
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience creating technical content for a variety of formats, including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, marketing collateral, emails, Sales enablement collateral, Landing pages, Podcast Scripts, webinar decks, and blog posts
