Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos for BluePI in the Enterprise customer segment and strategic accounts
- The role involves strategic planning, executing sales strategy and GTM initiatives to drive growth
- Exceed sales objectives through consultative sales process right from prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the designated region/industry segment
- Work closely with the customer CXOs to understand near and long-term strategic initiatives, business challenges, technology roadmap and translating them into opportunities for Bluepi’s services.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers’ business and industry challenges, market trends, technology landscape and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO, VP, Business leaders and procurement to progress new sales opportunities and expansion opportunities in existing accounts
- Contribute to refining sales process and enhance its effectiveness
- Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions and take course corrections if any
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan with a mixture of sell-to and sell-through strategies.
- Travel to customer locations to progress the opportunities through the sales cycle
Requirements:
- 12+ years of strong enterprise sales experience in Consulting or IT services
- Extensive experience in consultative / solution sales in large enterprise segment
- Entrepreneurial mindset : self-driven and understands how to build and grow a portfolio of customers
- Ability to run workshops with senior customer stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Experience in selling data and analytics solutions is an added advantage.
- Willing to go the extra mile, eager to learn and strong work ethic
- Experience in selling services to BFSI, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail.
