Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute effective account plans for the portfolio of clients to deliver growth and P/L objectives
- Exceed growth targets through identifying, qualifying, managing, and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned existing customers portfolio
- Expand relationships with newer stakeholders/business areas within the existing portfolio of customers
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure seamless delivery and ensuring customer success
- Lead and participate in delivery governance meetings and articulate how we are driving business value for them
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customers’ business and industry challenges, market trends, technology landscape and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO, VP, Business leaders and procurement to progress expansion opportunities in existing accounts
- Work closely with the customer CXOs to understand near and long-term strategic initiatives, technology roadmap and business issues; and translating them into Bluepi’s services opportunities
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and NPS scores
Requirements:
- Strong account management/farming experience in Consulting or IT services
- Extensive experience in consultative / solution sales in large enterprise segment
- Executive presence to interface with CXO level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-driven and understands how to build and grow a portfolio of customers
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Experience in delivery/pre-sales/sales experience in data and analytics solutions is an added advantage
- Willing to go the extra mile, eager to learn and strong work ethic
- Experience in either Manufacturing, CPG, Retail or online commerce is preferred
